Our Staff

 

We understand how important it is for your child to be influenced positively by his or her teacher. We seek to employ early educators with college consumed and academic achievement with the field of early education. We employ educators with experience, as well as a loving and caring deposition.

 

His Glory Child Development staff consists of a dedicated group of early educators who process their Early Educator's Certification and Early Childhood or Human Development and Family Studies. Our school age teachers are all certified in BSAC (Basic School Age Care).

Our administrative staff consists of one Administrative III Director, and Administrative  Level II Assistant Director. The facility is family owned by the director. The administrative staff has faithfully served children in the community for over 10 years. They are ready and willing to answer any questions and help when needed.

Over 98% of our staff has been with us for over three consecutive years. All staff receives over sixteen clock hours of in service training within the first three months of employment. They are screened by Division of Child Development Services for criminal history, fingerprints, and physical conditions.
